Tom's Dogs

Woody Walks

A little time in the woods goes a long way.

A shorter nature outing for your dog, without a trail trip to fit into your own day. We handle pickup and transportation for about 30 minutes at a suitable park, trail, or green space.

For your dog

Interesting places, without a full trail hour.

A shorter outing leaves room for dogs who enjoy exploring but do better with less sustained activity. We consider how they travel, the terrain they can manage, and their handling needs.

For you

The park trip is already taken care of.

You do not have to carve out time for the drive, the walk, and the drive home. Your dog gets a change of scene while you keep the rest of your day moving.

A shorter outdoor adventure

Fresh surroundings, at a manageable pace.

Your dog does not need a full pack hike to enjoy a change of scenery. A Woody Walk makes room for exploring, sniffing, and movement outdoors, with the route chosen around comfort and stamina.

We handle the drive as well as the outing. It is a practical option when you would love your dog to get some nature time but cannot make a park visit happen yourself.

  • Pickup and safe transportation
  • About 30 minutes at a park, trail, or green space
  • A group and route chosen for comfort, stamina, and handling needs
  • Water breaks, photos, and an update

Unless otherwise noted, listed prices are Pathfinder rates for recurring weekly care. Maverick care is occasional or as-needed and is confirmed individually based on availability, route, and fit.

Making it work

Start with what your dog enjoys outside.

A shorter adventure still needs the right setting, pace, and transport arrangements.

  1. Describe their pace

Tell us about stamina, mobility, leash handling, and how your dog feels about car travel.

  2. Match the outing

We confirm whether a park, trail, or green-space outing is appropriate and whether your address fits the pickup route.

  3. Let us handle the trip

The service includes pickup, transportation, and about 30 minutes outdoors. Confirm the full pickup and return window when arranging care.

A clear next step

What happens after you inquire

  1. 01

    Tell us what would help

Share your town, timing, and the care your pet needs. You don’t need to know which service fits yet.

  2. 02

    We check the practical fit

We review your location, schedule, and your pet’s needs together. For group outings, compatibility matters as much as availability.

  3. 03

    Agree on a starting point

We’ll discuss the next step with you, including an introduction or meet-and-greet where appropriate. Care begins only after the arrangement is confirmed.

Tom replies within 24–48 hours. If your request is time-sensitive, text him after sending the form and include your pet’s name.

Sending an inquiry does not commit you to a booking.
