Before care starts, we need the real routine: food amounts, medication instructions, litter or potty setup, access details, household boundaries, and what is normal for the pet.
Drop-ins are best when a focused visit is enough. If your pet needs longer companionship, overnight supervision, or a different level of support, we will point you toward the better service.
