For your dog

Focused practice without rushing the dog.

One-on-one attention lets us adjust the environment and the task to your dog. Reward-based practice can support leash manners, engagement, impulse control, confidence, and calmer choices during a real outing.

For you

Help with the moments that make walks hard.

Tell us what you want to feel easier, whether that is getting out the door, reducing pulling, passing everyday distractions, or helping your dog stay connected outside. You get a detailed report so the work connects back to life with your dog.

Training Walks

Practice the skills that make walks easier.

If walks have become the part of the day you brace for, a Training Walk gives your dog focused practice while still getting outside and moving. We work on ordinary, useful skills in the places your dog actually sees: sidewalks, trailheads, neighborhood turns, passing space, cars, people, dogs at a distance, and the transitions around pickup and drop-off.

Training goals are discussed before the first session so we can focus on the skills that matter most to you and your dog. The report explains what we worked on, how your dog responded, and what seemed to help, without pretending one walk can fix every habit overnight.

  • Pickup and approximately 45 minutes of individualized training and walking
  • Reward-based skill work for leash manners, pulling, engagement, impulse control, recall foundations, polite greetings, confidence, and everyday obedience
  • Real-world practice in the environments your dog actually encounters
  • Photos and a detailed report covering what we worked on and how your dog responded

Making it work

Start with the part of the walk you want to improve.

A clear, realistic goal makes the session more useful for both of you.

  1. Describe the difficult moments

Tell us when the struggle happens, what you have already tried, and any fear, reactivity, bite history, or handling sensitivity.

  2. Agree on the focus

We assess fit and choose practical goals for approximately 45 minutes of individualized training and walking.

  3. See what was practiced

Photos and a detailed report cover the session and your dog’s response. Consistent practice matters, and no fixed result or timeline is promised.

Questions before you book

Finding the right care

Mainly need exercise and a reliable break?

A Neighborhood Walk may be the better fit when your priority is a dependable outing rather than dedicated skill practice.

A clear next step

What happens after you inquire

  1. 01

    Tell us what would help

Share your town, timing, and the care your pet needs. You don’t need to know which service fits yet.

  2. 02

    We check the practical fit

We review your location, schedule, and your pet’s needs together. For group outings, compatibility matters as much as availability.

  3. 03

    Agree on a starting point

We’ll discuss the next step with you, including an introduction or meet-and-greet where appropriate. Care begins only after the arrangement is confirmed.

Tom replies within 24–48 hours. If your request is time-sensitive, text him after sending the form and include your pet’s name.

Sending an inquiry does not commit you to a booking.
