For your dog

Care through the journey, not just a lift.

Your dog has someone handling transport, checking them in, and communicating with the veterinary team as needed. Tell us about travel comfort and special handling needs so the arrangement is appropriate.

For you

One less conflict between care and your calendar.

Work, appointments, or transport difficulties do not always line up with a vet’s availability. This service helps you keep a scheduled visit on the calendar, with updates along the way and the return journey handled.

Scheduled care

The visit stays on the calendar. We handle the journey.

Routine exams, vaccinations, follow-ups, and medication pickups can be difficult to fit around work or other commitments. We provide transport and appointment support for scheduled, non-emergency visits, with updates so you can stay informed while you are elsewhere.

What’s included

  • Pickup from home
  • Safe transportation to the veterinary clinic
  • Appointment check-in
  • Communication with the veterinary team as needed
  • Updates throughout the visit
  • Safe transportation home

Plan the trip

Settle the details before appointment day.

Share the clinic, appointment time, pickup town, and any travel or handling needs. We will discuss clinic requirements, how to reach you, expected waiting, and the return trip, then confirm availability and pricing.

Making it work

Let us work out the appointment logistics with you.

The more we know about the visit, the clearer the transport plan and price can be.

  1. Send the appointment details

Include the clinic, date, time, reason for the visit, pickup town, and number of dogs.

  2. Agree on the arrangements

We discuss travel and handling needs, check-in, expected wait time, clinic requirements, and how you can be reached.

  3. Keep informed through the visit

The service includes communication with the veterinary team as needed, updates throughout the visit, and safe transportation home.

Questions before you book

Finding the right care

Need help with the routine at home too?

Home Visits can cover agreed needs such as meals, potty breaks, and instructed medication when a focused visit provides enough support.

A clear next step

What happens after you inquire

  1. 01

    Tell us what would help

Share your town, timing, and the care your pet needs. You don’t need to know which service fits yet.

  2. 02

    We check the practical fit

We review your location, schedule, and your pet’s needs together. For group outings, compatibility matters as much as availability.

  3. 03

    Agree on a starting point

We’ll discuss the next step with you, including an introduction or meet-and-greet where appropriate. Care begins only after the arrangement is confirmed.

Tom replies within 24–48 hours. If your request is time-sensitive, text him after sending the form and include your pet’s name.

Sending an inquiry does not commit you to a booking.
