Making it work

Plan around the household you are leaving in our care.

This service is for recurring clients whose pets and routines we already know. Availability still needs to be confirmed for each stay.

  1. Send your dates and care needs

    Tell us who will be at home, the overnight routine, and the start and finish times you need.

  2. Walk through the details

    We review care instructions, household access, boundaries, security, medication needs, and emergency contacts.

  3. Agree on the schedule

    Confirm the overnight arrangement and any daytime care needed. Share requirements for extended supervision before booking.

    We’ll discuss the next step with you, including an introduction or meet-and-greet where appropriate. Care begins only after the arrangement is confirmed.

Tom replies within 24–48 hours. If your request is time-sensitive, text him after sending the form and include your pet’s name.
