The new-client form may collect your name, email address, phone number, town, requested service and schedule, plus information you provide about your pet's routine, health, behavior, and care needs.

How we use it

Tom's Dogs uses inquiry information to reply, assess service fit and availability, recommend a next step, arrange care when appropriate, and maintain reasonable business records.

Website measurement

This website uses Google Analytics to understand which pages people use and which actions lead to an inquiry, such as opening the new-client page, tapping the phone or email links, and completing the inquiry form. Google Analytics may place cookies or receive technical information about your browser and visit. Tom's Dogs uses this information in aggregate to improve the website and does not use the inquiry form to enroll you in marketing. Read the Google privacy policy.

The site also uses first-party browser storage to preserve the original landing page, referral source, campaign, and whether the browser has visited before. When you submit the inquiry form, those attribution details are included with the inquiry so Tom's Dogs can measure which marketing produces qualified requests and clients. Contact details and information about your pet are not stored in the browser by this attribution feature.

Form delivery

Website inquiries are processed by FormSubmit so they can be delivered to hello@tomsdogs.com. FormSubmit states that it keeps form submissions in its archive for 30 days and may use Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. What not to submit

Do not place payment-card information, account passwords, alarm codes, door codes, or detailed home-access instructions in the public inquiry form. Secure care details can be handled later through the appropriate client process.

Business records and requests

Inquiry emails may be kept as part of Tom's Dogs business records. You may ask what information you sent, request a correction, or ask about deletion by emailing tom@tomsdogs.com.

Links to Walkies, social media, reviews, and other services lead to websites with their own privacy practices. This notice applies only to the Tom's Dogs website.
