Tom's Dogs uses inquiry information to reply, assess service fit and availability, recommend a next step, arrange care when appropriate, and maintain reasonable business records.
Website measurement
With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics to understand which pages people use and which actions lead to an inquiry, such as opening the new-client page, tapping the phone or email links, and completing the inquiry form. Google Analytics may place cookies and receive technical information about your browser and visit only after you accept analytics cookies. If advertising pixels are configured, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, or Pinterest may receive browser and visit information only after you separately allow advertising pixels. These tools remain off unless you choose the relevant optional category. Tom's Dogs uses this information in aggregate to improve the website and does not use the inquiry form to enroll you in marketing. Read the Google privacy policy.
You may accept or decline analytics and advertising pixels separately without affecting the site or your ability to inquire. Your choice is saved in this browser and can be changed at any time usingCookie settingsin the site footer. Withdrawing analytics or advertising permission stops future loading of that category’s tags and removes the related cookies this site can access.
When analytics is accepted, the site also uses first-party browser storage to preserve the original landing page, referral source, campaign, and whether the browser has visited before. When you submit the inquiry form, those attribution details are included with the inquiry so Tom's Dogs can measure which marketing produces qualified requests and clients. Contact details and information about your pet are not stored in the browser by this attribution feature.
Form delivery and records
New-client inquiries are saved in the website’s private lead inbox. Resend processes the inquiry details to send a notification to hello@tomsdogs.com and a confirmation to the email address you provide. Replies are handled through our business email. Read the Resend privacy policy.
Other forms, including hiring inquiries, may use FormSubmit and Google reCAPTCHA. Read the FormSubmit privacy notice and Google privacy policy.
What not to submit
Do not place payment-card information, account passwords, alarm codes, door codes, or detailed home-access instructions in the public inquiry form. Secure care details can be handled later through the appropriate client process.
Business records and requests
Website inquiries and inquiry emails may be kept as part of Tom's Dogs business records. You may ask what information you sent, request a correction, or ask about deletion by emailing tom@tomsdogs.com.
