Is every dog a fit for a pack hike?

No. Pack hikes are for dogs who can be safely and comfortably matched with compatible companions. A meet-and-greet, solo walk, shorter Woody Walk, or gradual introduction may be a better place to start.

Which areas do you serve?

Tom’s Dogs serves New London, Waterford, Groton, Niantic, East Lyme, Old Lyme, and Mystic. Exact availability depends on your address, the service, the route, and the current schedule.

What care can I ask about?

You can ask about Pack Hikes, neighborhood walks, Woody Walks, home visits, daycare, boarding, and home sitting. We will be direct if another service or a slower introduction makes more sense for your dog.

What should I share about my dog?

Useful details include routine, health or mobility considerations, leash skills, social comfort, triggers, prey drive, fears, and handling needs. Honest information helps us make safer, better recommendations.
